All orders are shipped from our international warehouse.
Normally, customers in Romania do not need to pay extra customs fees.
However, if import duties are incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer.

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new and unused condition.
Please note: the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Return Procedure
Step 1: Contact our customer service at hiinworld@outlook.com, indicating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
If your return is due to a quality issue, please include clear photos of the item(s).
Step 2: Follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team and send the item(s) back to the designated address.
Step 3: Once our warehouse receives and approves your returned item(s), we will issue your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment account.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

Gifts must be returned together, in original condition.

Returns sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Swimwear and intimate items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Original shipping fees and shipping protection are non-refundable.
